Student Supplies Needed

All String Players will need

• • rosin,

  • a spare set of strings

  • a mute,

  • peg dope

  • a light cleaning cloth

  • metronome ( with tuner)

  • music stand

Cellists and bassists should also have

• • ‘doughnut’ or end-pin stick for playing on smooth floor surfaces.

All Strings Players– must have a MS Red Luggage Tag on the handle of their case to identify their privately owned instrument for storage at school. This will avoid many long delays if instruments are left on the bus or anywhere else in the school.

Each tag should have full name, and one parent contact number.

If a child loses a tag, please remind them to get another one from me ASAP.
